Sound Equipment
Using only the finest quality sound equipment means that we can cope with any demands.
From our high quality Eminence® 18" bass drivers, through to 400 Watt RMS horns & including our 15" powered satellite speakers we can play any music at any volume to suit the occasion.
From the rich timbre of 50's ballads through to heart pounding garage, our system is equally suited for all types of music.
We started with 18" Bass drivers (Always good for a bit of garage) then we added 15" mid-range & then topped the system off with 400 Watt horns. This system is excellent for low bass applications, brassy 70's disco music & of course the very latest Funky House, Club & Dance music.
Three quality amplifiers provide the power via an active crossover into each separate speaker. If we're in a large venue, rather than deafen the people at the front we add powered satellite speakers along the side of the venue, this can add another 700 Watts RMS to the system.
At the heart of the system is our control unit, along with lighting controllers this houses the following; Two high speed computers, a studio quality mixer & the microphone mixer for karaoke users.
This unit can present problems at some venues with stairs or high stages but it does look smart & presentable & contains everything except our amplifiers. Unlike other discos we don't need chairs & tables, in fact it's easier for us if we have a clear space. We can always turn our system down, but we couldn't make a small system sound like ours, if more people than expected turned up.
